- PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT CALCULATE SHIPPING FOR YOUR ORDER ON THIS WEBSITE. IF YOU NEED TO KNOW WHAT YOUR SHIPPING COSTS ARE UP FRONT, PLEASE VISIT WWW.UPS.COM TO GET AN ESTIMATE. PLEASE USE 1 LB. FOR THE WEIGHT OF EACH CANDLE YOU ORDER AND NOTE THAT THIS IS AN ESTIMATE ONLY . IF YOU REQUEST ANY SHIPPING METHOD OTHER THAN UPS GROUND, YOUR COSTS COULD BE 3-4 TIMES THE AMOUNT.
WE DO NOT CALCULATE SHIPPING UNTIL YOUR ORDER IS PACKED, WEIGHED AND READY TO BE SHIPPED. YOUR SHIPPING COSTS WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE INVOICE EMAILED TO YOU ON THE DAY WE SEND YOUR ORDER.

Orders are processed
on a first come, first served basis. We do our best to get your order out the door in 2 business days, but may take longer during busier times, holidays and inclement weather. Your
order processing begins the morning after you place your order. Please keep
that in mind when choosing an expedited shipping option.
- We ship world wide via DB Schenker or US Postal Service (which ever is less expensive for the order). All duties, fees and taxes are paid by you at the time
of delivery.
- Low cost brokerage and
shipping to Canada is available. Call our Sales Department for more information.
- Please allow 2-3 business days after receipt of payment for item to leave the Product Distribution Center.
- UPS is
our standard carrier, but we may use Fedex, DB Schenker, USPS or other carriers if it can increase your savings. We cannot ship to APO boxes.
- Customers willing
to drive to our Distribution Center are able to pickup orders. Pickup
is available as a shipping method option.
- Please allow the
same 2-3 business day processing time for availability of pickup orders.
- Our business hours
are from Monday - Friday, 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. EST (or 13:30 to 21:30 GMT)
