Private Label Program
We can provide your store with a unique and individual
product that fits your store’s personality, and will keep
your customers coming back.
Coventry Creations will help you create a distinctive
candle, incense, and/or oil with your own label design
that will promote your store.
The program (in a nutshell)
Coventry Creations has several Private Label options,
one is bound to work for you.
Oil Blends:
Choose an oil blend from the table to the right, or;
from a select list of Coventry products. Yes! We are
sharing some of our famous blends.
Labels:
We have two label options for you.
1) Create your own label, and email it to us.
2) Choose from our list of pre-designed label templates.
You send us your text and we will place it on your
chosen label graphic. It’s that easy!
Minimums:
Coventry Creations has very small minimum quantities
for our Private Label program. You don’t need a large
back room to store your order.
Quality:
We use all the same materials for Private Label products
as we do for the rest of the Coventry Creations product
line. Your candles will also be very fresh. We pour them
by hand just days before we ship them out to you.
Ease of Ordering:
Once all the details for your Private Label products
have been set, and you have placed a few orders, we
will set up a custom website and login ID for you to
place your orders online.
Guidelines
Plan for about a month for turnaround on your first order.
It sometimes takes this long to work out details with label
files, availability of raw materials, or booked production
schedule.
Coventry Creations makes candles by hand, so there
may be some small variation in color and scent between
batches.
If you order a custom blend or require scent matching,
it will be handled by our fragrance house. Once you
have a scent blend, you can have it shipped to Coventry
Creations. Our fragrance house requires a 5 pound
minimum order for oils.
The original Witches Brew, Sacred White Sage, all of the
Wicked Witch Mojo, all of the Tarot line, and all of the
Motor City Hoo Doo scents are unavailable for the Private
Label Program. Dragon’s Blood is available, but there is a
10% surcharge.
The format for submitting your own label design is:
A) One product per page, and as many labels as will fit,
with no space between labels.
B) In pdf format and be at least 300 dpi.
C) All labels must include “Made by Coventry Creations”
D) Technical advice is available to your graphic artist by

All candles are shipped shrinkwrapped. In the past we
had customers request candle with out it, and they always
changed their minds.
Coventry can make two and three color layer candles.
This will change the minimum order quantity by two
and three times respectively. Votives are only available in
single color.
100% of the product ordered is charged to your credit card
at the time the order is paced (or just before production, if
there is a long lead time). Shipping is charged on the day
the order ships.
Scent Oil Blends
You can choose your scent blend from the selection of tried and tested
Coventry scent blends of the past (see chart below), from Coventry
Creations’ popular current scent blends, or you can have a custom scent
created or scent-matched by Coventry’s perfume house.
